Exchange Period: You may initiate an exchange within 4 days of the original purchase date.

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition for an exchange. They can be tried on for fit but must not be used or worn for an extended period. Items should be unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from stains, odors, or damage.


Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service at to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchange Options: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Approved exchanges will be eligible for an item of equal or lesser value, or you can pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
